Exploring Wyoming just got easier with help from the DeLorme Atlas and Gazetteer! This atlas has 60 large pages of shaded relief maps and an index of place names. State-wide topographic information is shown by contour lines with intervals of 300 feet. The back cover of this atlas has a large map of Wyoming with an overlying grid. Each cell of the grid contains the page number for a detailed map of that area. The physical and man-made features shown on these detailed maps include: mountains, forests, canyons, lakes, rivers, creeks, trails, interstates, roads, highways, BLM lands, cities, towns, parks, railroads and airports.
This atlas also contains 12 pages of reference information including the state's annual events, public lands, campgrounds, guest/dude ranches, historic sites, skiing, hiking, hunting and fishing. In addition, there is a locator map for publicly-owned-lands and a two-page map with information about Yellowstone National Park. This is no ordinary map. You will be impressed with the details and extras that the DeLorme Atlas and Gazetteer has to offer!
